  • This is one of the most common questions I get, and it really depends on the reason behind the ask! Sometimes guests are looking for guidance on what to order, other times they’re simply curious about my personal favorites. I like to answer all sides of the question at once by sharing a few favorites from the menu and introducing guests to different spirits, techniques, and styles they may not have tried before.

    But at the core, I don’t have a singular favorite drink to make. What I love most is crafting something that leaves a guest not only delighted in the moment but also excited to explore the world of cocktails. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone discover they love an ingredient or style they never expected - or maybe even changing their mind on a spirit they once disliked.

  • The Hum was born from my love of both cocktails and people. It all started when I visited my sister in Denver shortly after turning 21. I’d never been exposed to the world of craft cocktails before, and I was blown away by the complexity and care that went into each drink. Inspired, I wanted my friends to experience the same thing. So, I took the plunge, designed my own home bar setup, and began experimenting.

    What began as a hobby quickly grew into something bigger. I realized it wasn’t just about making drinks - it was about creating an environment where people felt valued and cared for. The Hum isn’t just a bar; it’s a place where people can connect and remind each other what makes us human.
