Hey, I’m Adam Sweat! Welcome to my little slice of the internet, where you can get to know me - beyond the usual business stuff.

I’m all about creating environments and building community. Whether it’s through hosting neighborhood potlucks, tweaking my latest drink, or just appreciating the little things in life, I’m always looking to create moments that feel special - whether it’s at a dinner party or a casual hangout with friends.

You’ll often find me in Downtown Overland Park, either at farmers markets hosting tastings at The Bottle Shop or grabbing a bite at Viona’s, my go-to Italian spot. I love connecting with people, whether it’s over a great conversation, a shared passion, or a perfectly cooked plate of pasta (highly recommend the Viva Italia if you stop by Viona’s).

When I’m not out and about, I’m usually diving into something new - tracking down obscure bottles for my collection or digging into data to uncover stories.
